Cancellations attract a 10% cancellation fee if advised five (5) clear working days in advance of booking.
Cancellations within five (5) clear working days of booking are not refundable and are charged in full.
Payment is required at the time of cancellation and may be made in cash or cheque, in person, at the front desk or by cheque or direct debit to our Account with your Organisation’s name as the reference detail.
Changes to times do not attract additional charges or fees if period of booking remains the same.
